Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Plan and manage content calendars for various social media platforms.

Email Marketing:

  • Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Online Response Management:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media and review platforms.
  • Maintain a positive brand image by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Familiarity with Social Media Tools:

  • Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule posts and track performance.
  • Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Social Media Posts:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Online Review Management:

  • Monitor online reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot.
  • Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and manage negative feedback constructively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Strong writing, illustration, and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
